Wicket Jumbo Kenner Figure joins Gentle Giant’s Epic Line

Everyone’s favorite Ewok is about to get the jumbo treatment from Gentle Giant. Come next summer, Star Wars fans are going to be emptying their wallets for the Wicket Jumbo Kenner Figure by Gentle Giant.

Just like your vintage Kenner figures that you had when you were a kid, only much bigger! For these figures, Gentle Giant digitally scans the mint 3.75″ Kenner figures and reproduces it in the 1/6th scale. Though, since Wicket is such a small character to begin with, instead of standing 12″ tall he only stands 6.125″ tall in the sixth scale.

Roto cast and made with durable plastics, the newest Jumbo Kenner Figure comes with his reproduced Cowl and staff accessories. The figure itself is even articulated!

In order to give fans the vintage Kenner experience with this newer line, Gentle Giant has packed the figure with a Return of the Jedi-inspired card back featuring original photos an artwork from Star Wars. The packaging is a removable clamshell, allowing you to remove the figure while still preserving the mint packaging.

This limited-edition figure isn’t going to be available until Q2 of 2015, but pre-orders are currently being taken directly on the Gentle Giant website for $80 each.
