Based on Chris Hemsworth’s thunderous return as the God of Thunder, Sideshow’s new PFF depicts Thor as he swears to protect the earth and the Nine Realms once again. The Asguardian warrior brandishes his legendary mjolnir as he dons his newly designed armor, complete with a free-flowing fabric cape. As the mighty Avenger gets ready to unleash a storm of fury, the ground beneath his feed quakes as he tries to find a way to save us all.
Just like with most Sideshow Collectible releases, the Thor Premium Format Figure is going to be made available in exclusive an non-exclusive versions. The exclusive version, which can only be found at Sideshow Collectibles, brings in the thunder with an addition exclusive swap-out ‘lightning-charged’ Mjolnir accessory.
The Thor The Dark World Premium Format Figure is priced at $399.99 and is currently available for pre-order here. It is expected to start shipping in September 2015.

the film tanked and these figures are now so expensive that i now find myself carefully picking my way through them rather than 2 years ago when i was just buying whatever was released. have to pass on this one.
