The TMNT 2014 movie hit theaters this past weekend and is now the top movie at the box office! Even though it has just hit theaters, Amazon.com has already listed the Blu-ray/DVD Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles box set, complete with an exclusive Raphael statue.
It’s unknown who made the statue, but Amazon says that it was chosen in an online contest to become the exclusive figure for the box set. It was created using the digital character model that brought Raphael to life in the movie, capturing every detail perfectly, from his signature red bandana and sunglasses, to his scaled, muscular body and battle-worn shell.
Raph is posed in a battle stance, with his twin sais outstretched. The figure stands approx. 6.5″ tall atop a detailed sewer cover display base. The statue spans over 7-inches wide and nearly 5-inches deep.
This statue is clearly a must have for the TMNT fan, as without this all you have is a very expensive quarter scale statue, or action figures that were meant for kids.
Amazon has the set listed for $79.99 and it is currently available for pre-order. It currently doesn’t have a release date. Cowabunga Dudes!
