Your Star Wars Lego collection is about to get even bigger

Over the weekend, more leaked images of Lego’s 2015 assortment hit the Internet.  This time around? The focus of the leak was Star Wars Lego sets for January 2015.  And by the looks of it, Star Wars: Rebels is getting a nice push from Lego in this assortment with a total of 5 sets.  The highlight? Set 75078, Imperial Troop Transport, comes with 4 Stormtroopers.  A great excuse to finally build that garrison you’ve been dreaming about.

The micro fighters line has made it to Series 2, and it includes one of my favorite Star Wars ships, the snowspeeder. This line took some heat on the Internet when initially announced.  I’m not quite sure why though.  It’s a fun line and personally, I kind of like it.

The prequels appear to be the focus of the non-Rebels portion of the Jan 2015 assortment, with 3 sets.  More army building is in your future with set 75086, Battle Droid Troop Carrier.

And to top it all off, we’re finally  getting a Sandperson with the T-16 Skyhopper set (75081).  Only 1, but one is better than the none we’ve had the last +decade.  And…as if that weren’t enough, it looks like the set comes with a womp rat?!?!?  Just like Beggar’s canyon back home…
