Star Wars Black Series Archive Update.

During Star Wars Celebration Hasbro gave us an update regarding the next Archive wave which consists of Chewbacca, Leia Organa (Boushh Disguise), Han Solo (The Force Awakens), and Grand Moff Tarkin. I have to say I have mixed feelings on the Archive line as they have re-released some figures which really need a re-release and some are still widely available at retail price.

I personally am very interested in Boushh Leia and Force Awakens Han Solo as both of those figures desperately needed a re-release as those figures originally came out before the face printing tech was used figures and don’t really hold up. These two figures look drastically better than those figures and you can definitely see Ford in Han now and Hasbro’s Carrie Fisher face printing sculpts have been pretty spot on since the face printing tech days.

Also, she comes with all her accessories as well which is a plus and I am very happy that Tarkin still comes with the torture droid which the regular release came with. That figure is a must-have if you missed that one. I am definitely going to get Han and Leia as I really need those two for my collection.

These figures will be going up for pre-order tomorrow.
