Earlier this year at Toy Fair, Square Enix revealed some of their Play Arts Kai Marvel figures which included Thor, Iron Man, Venom and of course Spider-Man. Now Square Enix have revealed more images and information on their upcoming Play Arts Kai Spider-Man figure.
As you can see, Play Arts Kai have stuck to the classic look of Spider-Man while adding their own small touches to the character and I have to say I really like it. I even like the added armor parts, though I don’t much like how it looks on the chest personally. The paint and sculpt looks absolutely excellent; They’ve got this figure down perfectly.
It’s unclear how well articulated he’ll be but you can get him in the classic upside down pose and he’s said to be one of the more articulated Play Arts Kai figures that have been released. You can see that he comes with plenty of accessories, including five sets of interchangeable hands, Spidey web base, Play Arts Kai Base, net styled spider web and three webbing effects. They really do complete the figure I must say.
