So, a couple months back, SD Toys released details on their pixel figures for The Warriors. And, at the time, I expressed hope that they would continue making pixel figures for other classic movies. Now, you know sometimes when you express a crazy hope, and it actually comes true? That’s one of these rare times. Even better, they picked another incredible movie to do figures for. The Blues Brothers is a stone-cold classic, and it’s nice to see some new Blues Brothers figures. And perhaps sensing that not everyone is a fan of the look of the Blues Brothers in pixel figure form, SD Toys made the canny movie of preparing a more traditional set of Blues Brothers figures as well. And, just in case that wasn’t enough, they’re also bringing us a metal model kit for the Bluesmobile.
