San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Friday Coverage

Today was day 2 of San Diego Comic-Con 2014 and there was still a ton to see around the showroom floor. Apart from the new products on the showroom floor, there was also the Hasbro: Star Wars Panel, Playmates Toys TMNT Panel, and the Matty Collector Mattypalooza Panel.

Each of the panels had some pretty good reveals over multiple properties. With the recent addition of the Star Wars Black Series Deluxe figures, Hasbro is looking to add many more to the line. You can see photos of the reveals in the panels slides, as well as some of the prototypes in the Hasbro booth.

Playmates Toys has just released their line of TMNT 2014 movie figures, and they are looking to add a ton of new figures, vehicles, and more in the coming year. Fans of their Classic Collection line are going to be very happy with the new reveals in their TMNT Panel slides.

Masters of the Universe fans are also going to be very happy with the final MOTUC figures that will be released in 2015. There shouldn’t really be much of a mystery about what you can expect in the final year, as Mattel is going to be finishing off the final figures from the vintage line. Check out their panels slides to see all of the new MOTUC figures, as well as some new DC Comics figures.

Apart from the action figure panels that took place today, there was still a ton of booths to visit with a ton of new product. Among the booths that we hit today were Bait, Bandai Big Hero 6, Bluefin Tamashii Nations, Gentle Giant, Hasbro (Star Wars, Star Wars Panel, Marvel, Kre-O, Transformers, My Little Pony), Munky King, Nickelodeon, October Toys, Square Enix, Super7, Symbiote Studios, Underground Toys, and Weta.

All in all we added 1,700+ photos and 20 new photo galleries to our San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Photo Gallery. You can access the booth galleries from the booth names above, or you can access our Gallery Index here.
