Prime 1 Studio Reveals TMNT 2014 Leonardo Statue
Prime 1 Studio are producing a 1/4 scale line of TMNT 2014 statues. They’ve already revealed Raphael and teased Shredder just recently, and now the Leonardo statue looks to be next in the line.
This statue is based on the character’s appearance in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle film that came out last year, which gave the characters a new design. I’ve not seen the film, but I have to say this statue looks really faithful to what I have seen for his film counterpart. The amount of detail is absolutely staggering. It looks as if he has just popped off the screen; that’s how realistic he looks.
This statue of Leonardo has movable eyes and a base that can fit with his brothers. I have to say the base looks great and it shows that Prime 1 Studio have put a lot of love and attention into this statue. The statue having movable eyes is not a feature you would expect to come with a statue, though I have to say it’ll help with getting the right look you want.
This statue will roughly cost around $700 and no release date has been revealed as of yet. If you’re a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and a fan of the film that came out last year, these statues are must have.
Took me a long time to warm up to those designs, but the statue likeness is awesome. So pretty! <3 Wish I could afford such things, I'd have this for sure.
