Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Baxter Stockman Figure Review
This figure comes in the standard packaging. The paint is solid, though some of the reds don't match. Sculpt wise, he looks good, except that his face is very non-menacing for an evil mad scientist. Finally, he has awesome articulation. All in all, I'd say pick one up.

Here is the next TMNT video review of the Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Baxter Stockman Figure! Like Snakeweed, this TMNT villain is another pretty good action figure from Playmates toys. I have been pretty hard on the line from the start due to the lack of articulation, but Snakeweek and Baxter Stockman have had some pretty decent articulation, making for some pretty decent action figures.
