New painted samples of upcoming Kickstarter offerings at Roll Out Roll Call
Toy fans in and around the UK had a chance this weekend to attend the fifth annual Roll Out Roll Call convention as well as Twins of Power 2014, and in attendance were a few of the folks from Boss Fight Studio. Those folks brought some nice treats along as well, including some painted samples from their incredible looking Vitruvian HACKS toy series, as well as a nice group of paint samples from the Marauder “Task Force” figures.
Boss Fight Studio assisted in the design and sculpting of the Marauder “Task Force” figures, and built the Vitruvian HACKS line from the ground up, both exceedingly successful Kickstarter projects that launched at the start of the year.
Gary Goggles Head from JoeDeClassified took some pictures and shared them, providing a great, nicely detailed look at these upcoming figure releases.
The Marauder “Task Force” figures are expecting to be released to online retail by the end of this year, with HACKS coming out in the first quarter of 2015. Both figure series feature tons of great customizable accessories and figure parts, standing at a 1:18 scale and impressive articulation. These images show a great spread of detail and offerings, and if they’re any indication, we’re in for a treat over the next several months.
Check out the images below.
These look awesome. Is there a story behind the figures?
For the Marauder “Task Force” figures, not really, but supposedly there will be some kind of interconnecting story for Vitruvian HACKS. I don’t know specifically what yet, though.
Cool. Thanks!
