New Lego Creator Modular Building set revealed!

A couple “unofficial” images of Lego’s next modular building set, Detective’s Office (10246) hit the Internet. Part of the more adult –oriented LEGO Creator Expert Builder line, the set contains 2,262 pieces and 6 minifigures.  It also features a pool-hall, a detective agency (hence the name of the set), a barbershop and a two-story apartment.

The back of the box gives you a good idea of how the Detective Office fits in with prior modular building sets.  It pictures the set next to the Parisian Restaurant (10243) and down the street from the Palace Cinema.  But, don’t let that stop you.  If you were smart enough to pick up the Grand Emporium before it sold out on store.lego.com, the Detective Office would fit nicely alongside that, as well.

It’s said the set will be available for purchase on January 1^st.  So, save some of those post-holidays dollars…
