NECA has been having a very solid run with their line of video game appearance action figures and in less than a month, their Rocky action figure from the classic 8-bit video game is going to be here to prove he ain’t no bum. He’s going to be making he way to retail stores, where he’s going to have to fight against the rest of the figures to prove himself supreme.
