NECA Reveals Blizzard’s Heroes Of The Storm Action Figures ahead of Toy Fair 2015

As some of you may know, NECA has the rights to produce figures based on the gaming company Blizzard’s properties (i.e Diablo, World of Warcraft etc).

Just yesterday NECA and the website Kotaku reveled NECA’s first series of Heroes of The Storm action figures. Heroes of The Storm is Blizzard’s MOBA (Massive Online Battle Arena) which features characters from different Blizzard properties. I should add that these figures will be shown at Toy Fair later this week and they will be in the 7″ scale.

The first series will consist of Nova, Illidan and Stitches who will be a deluxe size figure.

Nova is from the Starcraft games and Ilidian and Stitches are from the Warcraft games. All are hero characters in their own franchises, with Illidan and Nova being assassins and Stitches being a warrior.

I’ve never played any of these games but I have to say these figures look terrific. Even though Stitches is still a work in progress, the detail is absolutely amazing to say the least. NECA have done a great job on these.

I’ll be looking to get these figures when they’ll be released and I’m excited for the future of this line, as there are many different characters from the various Blizzard franchises in the Heroes of The Storm. It’s going to be great to see them bought to life in plastic form.

These figures will be shown at the New York International Toy Fair later this week, with the release date hopefully confirmed during the event and a maybe even a sneak peek of what’s to come.
