NECA King Kong Packaging

Earlier this week NECA revealed the final packaging shots of the King Kong figure that they revealed just a few months ago.

This new King Kong 7″ Scale Figure by NECA has begun to show up in stores and there are multiple reviews on the internet from various sites and channels that have reviewed this figure and I have to say it looks incredible. Though I won’t be able to get it yet as it’s not expected to hit the UK till October.

NECA has released a few official photos showing the final packaging for the figure. King Kong stands over 8″ tall, with about 30 points of articulation. It includes a vintage-style 1933 headsculpt, a more modern style headsculpt and two sets of interchangeable hands. So you can get your preferred look for King Kong and the high level of articulation means you can get Kong in a wide variety of poses.

Also, I have to say the packaging is fantastic I really love the vintage style to it and I would be very tempted to keep it in packaging.

Here’s the official press release from NECA:

NECA is proud to add another kaiju to its collection. At long last King Kong will be joining NECA’s action figure line!

King Kong is an original take on the classic gorilla, with super detailed hair and battle wounds across the body and head sculpts. This massive figure stands at 8″ tall with over 30 points of articulation. Included with the figure are 2 heads with varied expressions, a pair of open hands, and closed fist hands.

Window box packaging with opening 5th panel front cover.
