One of the biggest NECA reveals of last year for the Aliens line (aside Ripley) was the Aliens Power Loader that Ripley uses to fight off the Alien Queen at the end of Aliens.
Last year we saw a full color prototype of it and the only things we knew at that time was that it would fit a 7-inch figure. It’s also in scale with the previously released figures and that it’s accurate to how it looked in the film.
Now NECA have given us a Behind The Scenes close up look at half of the Power Loader unpainted. With an unpainted figure inside that looks to be Aliens Ripley in my opinion. Though it’s unconfirmed at this time.
It’ll be due out later this year and you should expect some final product images in the near future. It should be noted that the Loader does not come with a figure. Also the price has not been revealed yet though I can guess it’ll be around $60.
If you’re a fan of Aliens and a collector of NECA’s Aliens line this piece is a must have. It’s certainly worth considering because when it’ll be released as you can have the Queen vs. Ripley in the Power Loader posed fighting. I’m definitely going to get it.
