NECA 12 Days of Downloads Teasers

This year NECA is doing another 12 Days of Download event which they hold every year 12 days before Christmas. What’s great about this event is that there are some teasers for some upcoming figures. On the Ultimate checklist, they have teased Black Noir from The Boys line.

They have teased the figure for some time and now that it’s showing on this checklist must mean it’s coming soon. Then for the Retro Checklist, you can see the packaging artwork for Elvira Mistress of The Dark figure which looks excellent. I really love the look of these boxes which are for more their personalities and musician characters, unlike their horror figures which get released in the clamshell packaging.

For the King’s features figures we get an updated look at Mandrake and Lothar which were initially revealed when the figures were first revealed. Of course, we see the looks at exclusives such as the movie Flash Gordon and the Original Superheroes line.

On the Back To The Future checklist, you can see our first look at Griff Tannen and the packaging for the 85′ Hazmat Doc Brown figure. Then for the TMNT live-action checklist, you get a first look at TMNT II: The Secret of The Ooze which shows all the figures from the second film that has been revealed or available to order. We have our first full look at the Shredder from the second film which NECA teased a few months ago.

Now we have a look at the Turtle figures and they look great and I can see they have new head sculpts. I’ll be curious to see what accessories they’ll come with and it should be noted that NECA hasn’t officially revealed these figures as of yet. Also, you can see Tokka and Rahzar which I hope get a re-release soon as I missed out on those and I would love to get them. I would expect we would see more on these teasers in the new year.

He collects mostly NECA, Mcfarlane's The Walking Dead line, Hasbro: Star Wars Black Series, Marvel Legends and some Play Arts Kai. He would love to collect even more high end figures someday. He also does digital art, collect films on Blu-Ray, and is a voice artist.
