Mondo’s 1:6 Scale Raphael Isn’t Going to Be Available Much Longer

Mondo 1:6 Scale Raphael action figure

Mondo’s 1:6 Scale Raphel Expected to Ship in October

Mondo’s final addition to its line of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a 1:6 scale Raphael action figure, has been up for pre-order for a bit over a month now, and according to Entertainment Earth, it is already sold out at most retailers, though they still have some. The figure is based on the original Eastman and Laird comic book and is made to perfection.

Details on Mondo’s 1:6 Scale Raphael

The figure’s height will be approximately 11 inches (~28cm) with the figure being made of ABS/PVC plastic, featuring over 25 points of articulation, making the number of possible posing scenarios almost endless. In addition, the figure comes packed with tons of accessories and interchangeable parts, increasing its value and its greatness. Two heads are included, one being the classic Raphael red mask head, and one unmasked head. Two of his iconic sai are also included, as well as 2 four-point shuriken and 2 eight-point shuriken. In addition, two sets of interchangeable hands, one with a C-Grip and one set of climbing claw hands, as well as a grappling hook and cord, and a triceraton blaster. Furthermore, we have a belt, a Utrom lieutenant, a TCRI canister, and a pre-mutation baby Raphael.

All of this bonus content exists for both the regular, and the “Mondo Exclusive” version, with the difference being that the exclusive version comes with a Casey Jones’ Hockey Mask and its edition size is limited to 500 figures, 200 of which are part of the TMNT Subscription plan. This version has already been sold out on both retail websites and on the official Mondo website. You can, as mentioned, still find some at Entertainment Earth, for $149.99.

If you want the collectors version of the 1:6 scale Raphael, you will probably have to allocate much more than the original price of $159.99, due to its rarity and the fact that it is sold out. If you’re interested, eBay might still have an exclusive figure available. The figures are expected to ship sometime during the 3rd quarter of 2016.
