Mezco One:12 Cyclops Up For Pre-Order and Final Images

X-Men Team Leader Makes His Debut In The One:12 Line.

At SDCC last month Mezco showed off a bunch of their X-Men One:12 figures including Magneto and Cyclops. Which goes to show they are gradually going to complete X-Men and Brotherhood of Mutants teams which is pretty sweet.

Cyclops looks to be in his Jim Lee 90’s outfit which is one of, if not the most iconic look for Scott Summers. It’s the traditional blue jumpsuit with the yellow utility belt and harness with the X logo on the harness and belt. He’s also got straps around his thighs and he’s wearing tactical boots and combat gloves which completes the classic look. The black piping throughout his suit is a great touch.  It makes the outfit look more realistic. Also, the x’s on top of the gloves is sweet.

I really love the head sculpt(s) with the hair out in the style he had in the 90’s. It really completes the look, the visors have a sheen to them that really make them pop and stand out. Accessory wise Cyclops comes with two heads one stoic and one shouting which suit the character perfectly.

He comes with six hands a pair of fists, open gripping hands and a pair of gesture hands. They are all perfect for him. It looks as if you can use the gesture hands for giving orders or to open/close his visor. He also has four interchangeable visors: standard, smoking SFX visor, Optic Blast SFX visor and Mega Optic Blast SFX visor. Also, all the visors light up which is a fantastic addition. Having the visual effect visors is a are crucial for Cyclops and they do look excellent especially the smoking and Mega blast visors.

I currently don’t own any One:12 figures but I really like the look of them and Cyclops looks to be a must-have.

Finally, he comes with a removable leather-like jacket with an actual working zip which he has worn in the comics. Like all One:12 figures he comes with a display base and posing support arm.

Cyclops is up for pre-order now and will be released in the Spring-Summer of next year.
