The Mezco One:12 Collective Spider-Man action figure will be shipping sometime between May – July 2017.
If you’re an avid collector and/or fan of action figures, you’re likely aware of Mezco and the One:12 Collective. If not, you should be, because what Hot Toys represents for 1/6 scale figures, Mezco represents for 1/12 scale. These figures are incredible, and today, we have the pleasure (pleasure, I tell you!) of taking a look at their latest Spider-Man figure, which has just gone up for pre-order.
So, what’s in store? Well, let’s take a look.
Details on the Mezco One:12 Collective Spider-Man Action Figure
How Tall is Spidey in One:12 Form?
The figure will be roughly 6.7 inches (17 cm) tall, and features an all new body sculpt designed specifically for this figure.
What Kind of Articulation Can I expect from the Wall-Crawler?
Well, Mezco is saying that the figure has over 30 points of articulation, and judging from the pictures, it looks like they’re not kidding. Even better, because the figure features a full body suit (which is a tailored fabric outfit with silk-screening by the way), you don’t see the joints, which gives the figure a very cool, less “figure-y” look.
Also, regarding the costume, the figure also has acrylic eye lenses, a pair of web patterned gauntlets and boots, and the boots are articulated!
And Does He Have Some Pretty Awesome Accessories?
Yes, yes he does. Let’s start out with the interchangeable parts:
- Two (2) newly developed head portraits:
- A large eye head
- The classic small eye head
- Eight (8) interchangeable hands including:
- One (1) pair of web-shooting hands
- One (1) pair of fists
- One (1) pair of holding hands
- One (1) pair of posing hands
Accessories wise, we’re getting:
- One (1) piece of webline style A
- One (1) piece of webline style B
- One (1) piece of webline style C
- One (1) piece of webline style D
- One (1) posable webline
- One (1) One:12 Collective display base with the Spider-Man logo
- One (1) One:12 Collective adjustable display post
I don’t know about you, but that seems like plenty of webbing to take care of ol’ Venom. Also, Mezco provides the figure in collector friendly packaging, so you can display and re-display the character in or out of the box, whichever you feel like.
Alright, How Much to Get One of These Spidey Figures?
All this can be yours for the only $80. Which is a pretty good deal, considering the overall quality of Mezco figures. You can pre-order him over on Mezco’s site, or over on Entertainment Earth, both at the $80 price point. Also, as mentioned above, the figure will be shipping sometime between May – July 2017
