Only last year did McFarlane Toys start their 10-inch The Walking Dead Articulated Statue Series. We’ve got a bloody variant of Daryl Dixon and now we’re getting one for Rick.
This version of Rick looks to be from his Ricktatorship phase (which is still going on); It’s the same statue as the original that has already been released. It’s being called the Vigilante Rick Grimes version and is bloodied up and comes with some awesome new accessories. I really loved the head sculpt on the original and it still looks great on this version; They really nailed Lincoln’s likeness.
The original came with an interchangeable arm with a sniper rifle which he would carry over his shoulder as well his Colt Python. This one comes with an interchangeable arm and hand, his infamous red handled machete, colt python, knife and d-rings.
If you’re a McFarlane Toys The Walking Dead Fan and haven’t picked up the original, I would recommend this version as a good substitute. I’ll definitely pick up this version. He’ll be released next February and will cost $32.99. You can currently pre-order him here.
