More X-Men for 2019!
At Toyfair earlier this year Hasbro showed off a large number of Marvel Legends from various waves, two-packs etc. Now we know what wave will be following on from the Spider-Man Far From Home Wave.
The next wave is another X-Men wave and the BAF is Wendingo. As you can see this wave contains:
- Mr. Sinister
- Guardian
- Cannonball
- Boom Boom
- X-Force Wolverine
- Nightcrawler
We did see all these figures at the convention and I have to say I was very impressed with them and having them all in one wave makes this an excellent looking line-up.
It’s great that Hasbro are releasing lesser known characters in the Marvel Universe as I’m not too familiar with Boom boon or Cannonball. Speaking of Cannonball he’s definitely a unique looking figure because of his lower half is essentially an effect and a very good looking one at that.
With Guardian, we’re one step closer to having a complete Alpha Flight team and the 90’s X-Men lineup continues with a much sought after Nightcrawler and Mr. Sinister, both of these figures look absolutely superb. I really like the X-Force Wolverine as well even though it’s a repaint it’s an excellent looking one at that.
The Wendigo figure looks great too and it’s great to have another villain on the shelf and one that doesn’t have to just fight the X-Men but Alpha Flight too!
I have to say this wave is an absolute must-have as the line up is fantastic and the BAF is amazing and is expected to hit store shelves in August of this year.
