Yesterday Hasbro revealed The Marvels Marvel Legen wave which contains three figures from the upcoming film and the other figures are comic book figures. The wave consists of Ms. Marvel, Captain Marvel, Photon, Marvel Boy, Marvel’s Karnak, Commander Rogers & Iron Man (Heroes Return) With the Build-A-Figure being Totally Awesome Hulk.
With the film coming out in November I am very surprised that the wave will release in the summer, which I think must be a mistake as that’s far too far away from the film’s release window. The MCU figures do look really good though I can see why Iman Vellani’s likeness is a bit off from some angles. I would have really liked to see the MCU figures come with more effect pieces though.
I don’t have much connection to most of the comic book figures, but I really like the look of some of these figures, especially Commander Rogers & Heroes Return Iron Man which I remember very fondly from some of the Iron Man comics I read in the early 2000’s which were reprints from 1998 run. I’ll definitely be interested in getting these that’s for sure.
The BAF does look pretty good and it’s a new figure on the shelf, even if it is sharing the same body as the Endgame Hulk BAF.
