LEGO X-Men: X-Mansion Reaches 10,000 Supporters on LEGO Ideas

Near the start of this year, DarthKy and GlenBricker proposed an amazing LEGO X-Men: X-Mansion on the now defunct LEGO CUUSOO website. LEGO has since created LEGO Ideas, the new place for fans to submit LEGO set ideas. Since the transition to the new platform, the amazing LEGO X-Mansion set has achieved 10,000 supporters and is ready for the LEGO team to review the project.

This is the second time in one month that a project from DarthKy and GlenBricker has been able to reach the review stage on LEGO Ideas. The set features a modular design that folds up to show all the different rooms of the X-Mansion, such as Cerebro and The Danger Room. If you take a look at the images below, you can see that there are a TON of mini-figures. The creators say that they don’t intend for the set to include the 45 X-Men mini figures pictured, but they propose for a handful of critical figures to be included. They are going to leave it up to LEGO and Marvel to make the final decisions.

This project is now going to be making its way into the second review stage of the year. It is also going to mark the very first time that any creator, either on LEGO Ideas or LEGO Cusso, has had 2 projects in the same review stage.
