Late Friday, Lego announced not one, but two, brand new sets from Lego Ideas. The winners, from the batch of 6 set designs receiving 10,000 votes between January – June 2014 (Modular Apple Store, Jules Verne Train, Doctor Who, Doctor Who and Companions, Lego Bird Project and the Big Bang Theory), are:
Lego Ideas #009: Lego Bird Project. By Lego Ideas member De Tomaso
Lego Ideas #010: The Big Bang Theory. By Lego Ideas members Alaratriel and Glenbricker
Piece count and price for both Lego Ideas sets haven’t been finalized. Details will follow.
Also, Lego noted that of the two Dr. Who sets haven’t yet been decided upon. The Lego review board is still “evaluating” the sets. Keep the faith Dr. Who fans!
