Hot Toys Rocket and Groot Sixth Scale Figure Final Product from ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’

“We are Groot!” They are finally here! Hot Toys and Bloggers have released the final product photos for their Rocket and Groot sixth scale figure set!

The movie-accurate Rocket Collectible Figure is specially crafted based on his unique physique in the film. It features a finely sculpted head and body, specially tailored costume, weapon, and specially designed figure stand.

The movie-accurate Groot Collectible Figure features highly detailed head and body with amazing paint application to reflect his distinctive appearance, and a specially designed figure stand.

Rocket and Groot pretty much go together like peanut butter and jelly. Because of that Hot Toys and Sideshow are offering several different ways to purchase these figures. First you can buy Rocket and Groot separately. This obviously isn’t the best option if you are going to be getting both figures, since the 2-pack includes an additional angry head sculpt for Groot. Then there is a Sideshow exclusive 2-pack, which comes with a 1/6th scale potted Groot.

The Sideshow exclusive version is obviously the best, but it’s currently on the wait list. With the figures not expected to ship to US collectors until June or July, I would recommend hopping on the wait list if you really want the exclusive set. Most of the time people will cancel their orders, resulting in your wait list reservation converting into an order.

I personally am very excited about getting this set. The figures are very different from any other Hot Toys that we got in the past, which is alway exciting.

The gallery below features some of the images that were put up on Hot Toys’ Facebook page. For the complete gallery of the Hot Toys Rocket and Groot 12-inch scale figure final product, head on over to the gallery on their Facebook page. More information about this figure can be found here.

Bryan first discovered an appreciation for action figures at an early age, setting up elaborate GI Joe ant hill attacks, complete with firework pyrotechnics. Due to the high injury rate for the Joes, replacements were a constant necessity.
