Hot Toys Iron Man Mark 45 Quarter Scale Figure Avengers Age of Ultron 018Avengers: Age of Ultron was the debut of Tony Star in his brand new Iron Man Mark 45 suit for the final battle against the artificial intelligence Ultron. This new suit has definitely captured the attention of fans around the world with its unique streamlined and sleek design. Hot Toys has already announced the suit in 1/6th scale, but they have also just announced the Iron Man Mark 45 quarter scale figure!

The movie-accurate Mark XLV Collectible Figure is highly detailed and meticulously crafted based on the image of the armor in the film. It features a meticulously sculpted armored body, specially applied metallic red, gold and silver-colored paint with weathering effects, great articulations with armor parts linkage designs, LED light-up functions on various parts of armor, and a specially designed diorama base with a Ultron Sentry (Prime) body!

A Special Edition will be available for selected markets which includes bonus additional 1/4th scale Ultron Sentry (Prime) head sculpt and a secret accessory.

This is actually going to be the 2nd Iron Man suit that Hot Toys had done from Avengers: Age of Ultorn, the first suit being the Mark 43 that was announced around the time the film hit theaters. With Avengers: Age of Ultron getting two 1/4 scale figures, is Hot Toys stepping up their quarter scale game? Maybe so, as their SDCC 2015 display also featured a number of quarter scale figures from various licenses.

This new streamlined suit is going to be the perfect addition to your Hot Toys quarter scale collection. If you are interested, pre-orders are currently being accepted here for $549.99. It’s expected to start shipping in June – August 2016.
