Hot Toys and Bloggers are proud to present us with some new photos of the Hot Toys General Zod sixth scale figure final product. Ever since Hot Toys released the Man of Steel and Jor-El 1/6th scale figures, collectors have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Man of Steel’s main baddie, General Zod. This movie-accurate collectible is specially crafted based on the image of Michael Shannon as General Zod in Man of Steel, featuring a detailed head sculpt, an interchangeable armored head and meticulously constructed costume.

The Hot Toys General Zod sixth scale figure is scheduled to be shipping next month (May 2014) from Sideshow Collectibles. He’s still available for pre-order, but I don’t know how much longer he’s going to last since he has such a cool looking costume.
This is going to be the final Man of Steel movie figure from Hot Toys and you will likely see a full-blown review on General Zod once he is released. I originally didn’t plan on getting any Man of Steel figures, until I caved and got Superman. Now I just need Zod.
