Hiya Toys 1/12 Diecast Robocop Figure.

You’re Move Creep

Hiya Toys dropped a surprise today with the reveal and announcement of a 1/12 Diecast Robocop Figure. This year is the 35th Anniversary of the film and it’s a classic film. I know that Hiya has done a 3.75″ scale Robocop recently and I am very pleasantly surprised that they are doing a 6″ version.

As you can see the figure uses diecast armor pieces which adds a lot of realism to the figure. The figure itself looks fantastic and comes with plenty of accessories which is really nice to see. I am personally very impressed with the interchangeable damaged helmet and chest armor and the interchangeable face pieces are really cool.

Along with the interchangeable parts, you get two versions of the Auto-9 and the Cobra Assault Cannon and you get blast effects for the weapons as well. You also get a display stand as well which is a standard for Hiya Toys figures.

I know that NECA has two Ultimate versions coming out sometime this year, one battle-damaged with the chair and the other the clean version. Both of those do look fantastic and are worth getting and if you are not a 7″ collector this one may be more of your thing.

This figure will cost $90.00 and will be released in the fourth quarter of this year. The promo pictures show off the figure very well and it’s a must-have for me.

He collects mostly NECA, Mcfarlane's The Walking Dead line, Hasbro: Star Wars Black Series, Marvel Legends and some Play Arts Kai. He would love to collect even more high end figures someday. He also does digital art, collect films on Blu-Ray, and is a voice artist.
