Hasbro Pulsecon G.I. Joe Reveals

On Saturday Hasbro had their panel for G.I. Joe where they revealed some new products for their G.I. Joe Classified Collection and their Retro Line. I have to say personally I am very happy with the reveals. Though like last time when they revealed the first Cobra Island figures a few months ago there has been some difficulty getting hold of the figures as they are Target exclusive figures.

Like all the other G.I. Joe figures that Hasbro has released this year the figures have been pretty hard to get hold of here in the UK. As usual, the e-retailers that stock them sell out of them pretty quickly and so far none of my favorites are stocking the Cobra Island figures so I am unsure if we’ll be getting those at all at the moment.

I honestly would love to collect this line of figures but I have had a lot of difficulties getting my hands on them. Though saying that I have secured my pre-order for Zartan from a UK e-retailer. I just hope that next year they are easier to get hold of like Hasbro’s other really popular lines i.e: Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series.

The G.I. Joe Retro line continues to grow from strength to strength with a strong lineup for Series 2 featuring Destro, Roadblock, and Scarlett in their more classic looks on vintage cards which look great! I really do love the look of these. Vehicle wise you getting the Cobra F.A.N.G. I’m not too familiar with this vehicle, but I do like the look of this small helicopter.

For the Classified Collection, they have revealed the first two figures in Wave 3 which are Zartan and a Cobra Trooper. As you can see the Cobra Trooper is a bit different from the one that is a part of the Cobra Island line as this one doesn’t come with goggles and has a slightly different paint job. The Zartan figure looks absolutely brilliant I love the look of this figure and I cannot wait to get my hands on him and I love the skin color changing gimmick that they’ve given him!

For the Cobra Island line they have revealed Firefly and Cobra Viper and I have to say both of these figures look fantastic! Especially that Firefly which looks so awesome and his accessories look amazing! I do love the feature of the removeable magazines for the guns to make them more realistic and I have to say it really works for me! The Cobra Viper looks to be a great army builder!
