Hasbro Marvel NYCC 2015 Reveals – Marvel Legends 3.75-inch and 6-inch

New York Comic-Con 2015 is coming up on us this weekend. Hasbro doesn’t usually attend the convention, however they do a “Twas the Night Before Party” where they invite members of the press and industry professionals to check out what products they will be releasing in the next half-year.

For the 6-inch Marvel Legends, Hasbro revealed their Civil War wave, featuring Mockingbird, Sharon Carter, Taskmaster, Whirlwind, Cottonmouth, and Scourge of the Underworld figures. The images below also show a new Jim Lee style Rogue figure and Magneto head that will fit on the Red-Onslaught Build-A-Figure. Rogue isn’t to be part of this wave though, instead she will be part of an undisclosed wave of figures in the future.

As for the newly rebranded Marvel Universe figures, now being called 3.75-inch Marvel Legends, Hasbro released images of Captain Marvel, Classic Iron Man (Mark I), Spider-Man Noir, Triton, Ulik, and Yondu. These figures are going to be getting new “Marvel Legends Series” packaging, which is said to also eventually be incorporated into the 6-inch Legends in some way.

Look for these figures in 2016 (official release date/day is unconfirmed).

Bryan first discovered an appreciation for action figures at an early age, setting up elaborate GI Joe ant hill attacks, complete with firework pyrotechnics. Due to the high injury rate for the Joes, replacements were a constant necessity.
