As some of you may know NECA had revealed NES 8 Bit Gremlins 2 Mohawk figure at Toy Fair 2015. Though they still had some licensing issues to package Mohawk with the sub machine gun he uses in the game. Recently, they’ve recently been given permission by the game developer Sunsoft to make that happen.
Now that NECA has finally been given the all clear by the developer they have released more information and images of the figure, which will be available in June this year.
I have to say I really like the paint deco that NECA apply to their video game figures, and Mohawk Gremlin is no different. The light blue, black and yellow really help to bring out the fantastic too.
This figure will measure just under six inches tall and will come in window style packaging like all the other video game figures that NECA has released. The box is the cover of the game the figure is based on which is a fantastic touch.
