Gentle Giant 2013 Premier Guild Gifts – Boba Fett, Iron Man 3, Darth Vader, Mace Windu

It’s that time of year again for the Gentle Giant 2013 Premier Guild Gifts to be revealed and for you to renew (or start) your Gentle Giant Premier Guild Membership! This year Gentle Giant has some pretty good Premier Guild Gifts like my favorite “First Shot” Boba Fett Kenner Jumbo Figure. Let’s take a look at all of the exclusive gifts for Premier Guild members and then we will go over the member benefits.

“First Shot” Boba Fett Kenner Jumbo Figure

One of the “Holy Grails” of toy collecting, especially Star Wars collecting, the incredibly rare Rocket Firing Boba Fett prototype. The only remains of this figure today are prototypes since the original figure never made it to retail due to safety concerns with the rocket firing mechanism. The few prototypes that have made it out of the Kenner factory are highly sought after by collectors and have fetched some incredible prices on the secondary markets.

In order to honor this legendary toy, Gentle Giant has scanned one of the original prototypes, reengineered the J-slot firing mechanism, and resized him into a jumbo version and added him into the increasingly popular Kenner line! It’s a jumbo Boba Fett prototype!

War Machine Deluxe Mini Bust

This 1/6 scale bust is based on the figure right out of the screen. It was digitally sculpted using the suit designs from the Iron Man 3 movie and is claimed to be the most accurate War Machine Mini Bust available. This hand painted mini bust is limited edition, is individually numbered and comes with a matching certificate of authenticity.

Holographic Darth Vader Mini Bust

This bust is based on the Revenge of the Sith Darth Vader mini bust, just re-envisioned as a transparent blue. It even lights up!

Mace Windu Mini Bust

After 10 years Gentle Giant is revisiting one of the first pieces that it did, Mace Windu. This bust is the most screen accurate collectible on the market today, based off of the original digital scans of actor Samuel L. Jackson. This hand painted limited edition bust is individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
