Gaming Heads Announces Sly Cooper Statue from Playstation All Stars Line

Gaming Heads has just announced that the Sly Cooper Statue, based on his appearance in Sucker Punch’s excellent Sly Cooper series on the Playstation 2, will be the latest addition to their Play Station All Stars line.

Sly Cooper is a smooth talking raccoon and the latest descendant in an infamous family line of master thieves. Unlike most other thieves however, Sly’s credo is to steal only from other criminals; on the basis that stealing from innocent people has no honor or challenge (or fun). Using his treasured family cane and all manner of techniques chronicled from the experiences of his ancestors, Sly and his fellow gang members aim to pull off daring heists, all whilst staying one step ahead of the law who are constantly on their tails…

Gaming Heads portrayal of Sly Cooper puts him perched on a rooftop holding onto his famous family cane, keeping an eye out for any patrols who may be on the hunt for him. The statue was cased in high quality polystone, allowing Gaming Heads to capture every detail of Sly perfectly, then hand painted to the Gaming Heads standard.

The statue stands about 12-inches tall and comes packaged in full color packaging with an individually hand-numbered certificate of authenticity, which allows you to purchase the same statue number in future Play Station All Stars releases from Gaming Heads.

Like with most of their statue releases, there is an exclusive and non-exclusive versions of the statue. The exclusive version is limited to just 350 pieces worldwide and is painted with a brilliant bronze finish, making this a real shiny gem in the collection of any Sly Cooper Fan. It is priced to sell at $209.99 and is currently available for pre-order here.

The non-exclusive version, aka the normal version, is limited to 750 pieces worldwide and is painted in full color, looking just like he appeared in the game. It is priced to sell at $199.99 and is currently available for pre-order here. Look for both statues to be released in Q2 of 2015.
