Funko has just announced the beginning of Hikari Fridays! Each and every Friday Funko is going to be announcing a brand new Hikari Japanese vinyl figure. Their first announcement comes from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles license, a Metal Mix Leonardo Hikari vinyl figure.
First of all, what exactly is Hikari? Hikari means “light” and is a highly collectible line of clear Sofubi Vinyl Figures. Most of the production runs are going to be ultra-limited, with runs ranging from 500pcs-5000pcs depending on the treatment that Funko gives them. Each of the figures will include a hand numbered card to prove authenticity and rarity.
Metal Mix Leonardo stands about 6″ tall and is going to be limited to just 500 pieces worldwide. Funko is currently offering fans the chance to win piece #1 in this very limited run by visiting any of Funko‘s social media pages.
