Deadpool Retro Figure Next On Deck for Diamond Select Toys’ Mego Inspired Line of Marvel Characters

Diamond Select have been releasing quite a few Retro Marvel figures since the line started early last year. Now they have revealed their latest, which is a Deadpool retro figure. I have to say this is one is my favourite to date.  For those who don’t know. Diamond Select’s Retro Marvel figures were inspired by the MEGO figures of yesteryear.

Like all the other retro Diamond Select figures, Deadpool comes with two extra outfits, heads and a slew of accessories. As you can see he comes with his original outfit, his X-Force outfit with the unmasked Wade Wilson head, and his modern outfit. The detail looks fantastic on all of them, especially the Wade Wilson head. Each outfit also comes with a set of feet and hands.

By the looks of his accessories he comes with the same weapons as the regular Diamond Select Deadpool figure with some added extras.

If you’re a big fan of the Merc With A Mouth and the Diamond Select Retro offerings, I would highly recommend this figure. You better be quick though, as he’s limited to 3000 sets. He’ll be released in January of next year and will cost $79.99, but some sites are offering a slight discount, like this one, so you can get him for just $69.99.
