CKRTLAB Toys Answers the Call to Action with first ever Captain Action Vinyl Figure

Captain Action Vinyl Collectable Figure to debut at C2E2

The Toy Revolutionaries at CKRTLAB Toys reimagine Captain Action, the original super-hero action figure in a bold new way! CKRTLAB and Captain Action Enterprises are proud to announce the launch of the first-ever Captain Action vinyl figure.

The hyper-stylized figure is 5.5 inches tall with 6 points of articulation. The figure is made of environmentally friendly PVC and includes Captain Action’s classic lightning sword, military hat and ray gun. The figures are sold in resealable display window box packages.

“Vinyl figures are at the intersection of creativity, entrepreneurship and fun, and we can’t wait to offer these to both long-time Captain Action fans and vinyl enthusiasts. In addition, we have been especially impressed with CKRT Labs –everything from their creative logo to the high product quality they continually deliver,” said Ed Catto, co-founder of Captain Action Enterprises.

The Captain Action Vinyl Figure will debut at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, commonly called C2E2, held April 24-26, 2015. CKRT Labs, a returning exhibitor, will sell the figures at their booth (#557). The vinyl figure will retail for $25.00. Subsequent to the C2E2 debut, the figure will also be available through select comic retailers.

“As Captain Action is the original super-hero action figure, we know this hero is a natural fit for our toy line,” said Tim Ellis, founder of CKRTLAB Toys.

A convention exclusive is planned for C2E2. A limited number of variant Captain Action figures, in an alternate missions outfit, will also be available at the show.

Captain Action joins a growing list of heroes produced by CKRT Labs, including Valiant’s X-O Manowar, the Black Terror, American Crusader, Capt. Midnight and the original Daredevil.
