    This was true. Sideshow Collectibles customer service has fallen, close to 4 weeks to resolve issues, 3-5 business day response times, ambivalent responses. Also quality control in past year has fallen, shipping many products with defects that never should go out the door.

    • You may be correct on the response times, but I have never received a ambivalent response. If they have the replacement product on hand then I can expect it in 2 weeks, if not then it is reasonable to wait around 4 weeks.

      Also, Sideshow's quality control is irrelevant for this post because they just distribute Hot Toys.
